Shipping:

All ordered items in stock will ship within 1-2 days from receipt of cleared payment.. In the event that items are not in stock, buyer will be contacted with an ETA of shipment –every effort will be made to get the item(s) shipped out as soon as possible.. Please Contact Us with any shipping and/or stock questions..

15 DAY KiteBuddy SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

Try the KiteBuddy Self Launch/Land Aid for 15 days and if not completely satisfied, return it for a complete refund less shipping.. Please Contact Us with a brief description indicating reason of dissatisfaction and a Guarantee Return Authorization number (GRA#) will be provided.. Guarantees/Returns will not be processed without a GRA#. To qualify for a refund, Requests must be received within 15 days from purchase date, and the KiteBuddy must be free from any damage or excessive wear due to abuse and/or extensive use.. WindBone LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds based upon examination and/or expired trial period..***(Note: the KiteBuddy 15 DAY Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to the purchase of the KiteBuddy Self Launch/Land Anchor Aid product only --all other products, items, services, etc will abide by the 'General Returns' policy below)

General Returns:

All unused/unopened items may be returned for a refund, less shipping, within 15 days from purchase.. All sales final after 15 days from purchase date and/or once product is used and/or opened.. A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained by Contacting Us prior to any/all returns.. Returns will not be processed without a RA#.

Defective Item Returns:

Any defective items must be reported within 15 days from purchase.. Please Contact Us with a detailed description of defect/issue and RA# request –Full refund and/or replacement, less shipping, will be given based upon description of defect and inspection.. Windbone LLC reserves the right to refuse any/all refunds and/or exchanges based on explanation/description and/or examination.. –Not responsible for misuse, abuse, wear and tear, etc..

Shipping Damage:

In the event that any damage is incurred during shipping, the carrier is fully responsible –a claim must be filed immediately with the carrier if/when items are damaged in transit.. If unsure on how to pursue, please Contact Us for help/info on filing a claim..
